Information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, account login details, order history, payment status and transaction references, customer support communications, and photos, text, logos or other artwork supplied for personalisation. The site may also collect device, browser, IP, cookie and usage information through its hosting, security, analytics and checkout tools. We do not need your full card details to fulfil an order; the payment provider processes payment information under its own terms.

Business enquiry forms and complaints

Enquiry forms collect contact details, organisation information where supplied, product requirements, quantity, delivery location, required date and optional budget or artwork. We use them to assess feasibility, prepare quotations and respond. Complaint handling uses your order details, correspondence and relevant evidence. We do not require you to consent to unrelated marketing to submit an enquiry or complaint.

How we use information

We use this information to manage accounts and orders; prepare artwork and customised goods; process payments and refunds; issue invoices; arrange shipping and tracking; provide support; prevent fraud and secure the website; maintain business and tax records; and comply with legal obligations. We use information for marketing only where permitted and provide the applicable choice or opt out.

Sharing and processors

We share only the information needed with providers involved in payments, website hosting, order and invoice systems, production, delivery, support and professional compliance. These include Razorpay for payment and refund processing, Shiprocket and its courier partners for delivery and authorised collection, and Hostinger for website hosting where used. Authorised technology providers may access information only as needed for their work. Google processes correspondence sent to our Gmail addresses under its own terms and privacy notice. These providers may process information in India or other countries under their applicable arrangements; transfers remain subject to applicable Indian requirements. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell or rent customer data to third-party advertisers.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, support, disputes, security and applicable legal or tax recordkeeping. Order and financial records may need to be kept longer than artwork or return evidence. Personalisation files and claim photographs or videos are accessible only to authorised people and are deleted or anonymised when their purpose and any lawful retention requirement end. A pending dispute or legal hold may require longer retention. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Contact Customer Care to ask about retention of your information or request deletion of eligible records.

Your choices and requests

Email care.abstractrealmss@gmail.com to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or deletion of eligible information. Give enough information to identify the account or order without sharing payment credentials. We may verify your identity before acting. Some information must be retained for invoicing, legal obligations, fraud prevention or dispute resolution. Withdrawal does not undo lawful processing already completed and may prevent a service that requires the information. We respond under applicable law. Payments shipping and return evidence

Razorpay processes online payments and refunds, and Shiprocket coordinates shipping and authorised returns where used. We share the information needed for those services, such as contact and address details, order and transaction references, and relevant shipment information. Return photographs and videos are used for claim assessment and dispute handling; access is restricted to people and providers who need them for that purpose. Do not include payment credentials or unrelated personal information in uploaded evidence.

Customer artwork and publicity

Supplying artwork for production does not give us permission to publish your personal photographs, names or identifiable custom designs in advertisements or social media. We seek separate permission for such publicity. Only submit personal information or photographs of other people when you have the necessary authority.

Children and account use

Purchases and account creation are intended for adults capable of entering a contract. A parent or guardian should place orders for a child. Do not submit a child’s personal information or photograph without the necessary parental or guardian authority. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information improperly so we can assess the appropriate action.
