Terms and Conditions
These terms govern purchases through abstractrealmss.com and the use of our online store. The product page, checkout details, order confirmation and linked policies provide additional terms for a particular order.
Products images and prices
We aim to describe products accurately. Display settings and printing methods may cause reasonable differences in colour or placement, but this does not excuse a defective item or a product materially different from its description or approved proof. Prices, taxes, delivery charges and any personalisation fees are shown before payment. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the consumer checkout, displayed final prices include applicable GST; business quotations may show GST separately.
Orders and availability
Placing an order is a request to buy. Acceptance is subject to payment authorisation, stock, feasible production and delivery serviceability. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will notify you and provide an appropriate refund or alternative with your agreement. Bulk and corporate orders may be governed by a written quotation, purchase order or separate agreement.
Retail purchases and commercial resale
Our standard retail checkout is intended for personal use, gifting, and an organisation's own use or gifting purposes. Orders intended for commercial resale require prior written agreement with AbstractRealmss LLP. Email sales.abstractrealmss@gmail.com before placing a resale order so commercial, branding and supply terms can be agreed. Corporate distribution of gifts is different from commercial resale. Purchasing a product does not confer authorised-reseller status or permission to use our brand assets. This clause does not remove any remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Personalisation approval
Please check spellings, dates, names, image resolution, logos and placement before approving artwork or confirming an order. We will use the agreed specification for production. A preview is an indication of the intended result and may differ slightly from the finished physical product. If the supplied file is unsuitable, we may request a replacement or seek approval for changes. Production and cancellation timing are described in Cancellation, Return, Replacement and Refund Policy.
Customer supplied content and intellectual property
You confirm that you own or are authorised to use any photos, artwork, text, names, trademarks or logos you submit and that the requested use does not infringe another person’s rights or applicable law. You grant us a limited permission to use that material to assess, produce and fulfil your order. We may decline content that appears unlawful or infringing and will discuss a suitable alternative or refund if an order cannot proceed. Our original designs and website content remain the property of AbstractRealmss LLP or their respective rights holders; purchasing a product does not transfer those rights.
Support remedies and legal rights
Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds follow the linked policies. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing requires you to use a forum that removes mandatory consumer jurisdiction or statutory remedies.
Account security and safe use
Keep account credentials confidential and provide accurate order and contact information. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised account activity. Do not use the website to submit unlawful content, interfere with its security or misrepresent another person’s identity. Purchases must be placed by an adult capable of entering a contract or an authorised representative of a business.
Changes to website terms
We may update these terms and publish the revised effective date. Changes do not retrospectively remove statutory rights or agreed purchase and return terms for an existing order. These terms take effect from the launch of abstractrealmss.com.
